HOW TO
Step 1: Remove all pieces of clothing to have better access to your full body to begin dry brushing. Lightly push the Dry Brush against the skin while working towards your heart. (Example, brush from your fingertips to your shoulder then shoulder to chest)Step 2. Jump in the shower and practice your usual cleansing routine to wash off any remaining dead skin cells using the Sisal Loofah.
Step 3. Pour your preferred shampoo onto the brush side of the Scalp Brush then take the bristle side and apply pressure to your scalp working the shampoo in circular motions. Once the scalp is completely lathered, rinse off while continuing the circular massage movements.
Step 4. After the shower, hydrate your body's skin with a thick cream for the best results on the skin. You may use the Scalp Brush to apply hair oil for longer, thicker hair
